Returns are driven primarily by the outcome of specific, catalyst-focused, corporate "events" rather than the direction of the broad U.S. equity markets. The Fund's Adviser is Central Park Multi-Event Management, LLC, a joint venture between Central Park Advisers, LLC and Brencourt Advisors, LLC.
